Told us they would need to keep my wife's SUV for five (5) days. On day five, I called to ask when we could pick up her vehicle. It wasn't ready.
In fact, they told us our vehicle wouldn't be ready for another two (2) days.
It wasn't major damage they were asked to repair. Not sure why they need more time.
Not cool.

My husband and I highly recommend this shop.
The owner was very honest and helpful.
We had gotten a quote from another shop and the difference in price was huge.
